You can customize which deliveries are sent by using some basic conditional logic. For example, you can setup multiple notifications that will send the merged document to 1 of your 3 sales reps in the field. The way you determine who to send the email to is based on the state where your customer resides.
Here is how we would set this up. First, go to the Delivery tab for your document, then add a New Delivery (or edit one that you’ve already created). At the bottom of the popup, you will see a checkbox that says “Always send this email”. If you uncheck that box, the conditional options will appear. Simply enter the variable name (in this case “State) and the value that you would want the State to equal.
