In WebMerge, you can set Permissions for your Folders and Documents within WebMerge.
To access the permissions for either your folder or document, hover the mouse over the Edit button on the right-hand side of the screen.
This is what the menu will look like for a folder:
Then select “Permissions”.
This is what your Folder Permissions screen will look like:
The Folder Permissions screen lets you know which users have access to the folder.
If you need to Update your Permissions, make your changes, then select the “Update Permissions” button.
If you hover over the Edit button to the right side of a document, this is what the menu will look like for a document:
Then select “Permissions”. Your Document Permissions window will look like this below:
This will show you which users have access to your document. You can make the selections that you need to make and then select the “Update Permissions” button.
